Yes, I am still alive. I’m showing photos from last weekend, starting with a trip to the Ikea store in Minneapolis.
The store has many compact living situations on display, including this one. I like the wood hearth when I compare our brick one to it. More light and flush.
Mr. TellBlast wanted to visit the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. He had visited as a freshman in high school. The building had changed very much since that visit. We barely scratched the surface of their collections.

We played six different games with this table — sorting artwork by continent of origin, style, technique, etc.
The MIA has a gorgeous view of the Minneapolis skyline.
We ended the evening with Mass at the Cathedral of St. Paul. We last visited here many years ago with the children.
