Junk food ban: One week left

I’m still avoiding:

  • chips
  • chocolate
  • candy
  • cookies
  • cakes
  • donuts
  • muffins
  • pastries
  • white bread
  • fast food
  • nutella, peanut butter, similar spreads
  • ice cream

I haven’t had any food revelations, like “Wow, I really rely on chocolate every day.” ¬†or “Whoa, I really overcame addiction to that food.” I feel the same as I did a week ago! I’m reaching for seeds, nuts, and fruits, but I did that before the junk food ban. I just have to leave peanut butter out of the equation.
