Remember when I wrote about kitchen scraps for the garden? I planted the cabbage today. Take a look at the before and after:
The cabbage took off with very little attention from me. I placed it in a pot of soil shortly after one week of being in a jar of water. As you can see, the leaves and roots liked the soil. I placed it in the ground this evening, but now that I think about it, I didn’t harden it off. Now I’m wondering about night time temps, even though it’s a cool season crop.
