I like to eat so much that I read books about food, cookbooks, food history books, and talk about food. I also listen to NPR’s The Splendid Table. I do not know how long I’ve been a fan; it’s been a long fanhood. Until this week, I’d never visited their website. However, when I saw Brussels sprouts on sale at the grocer, I purchased half a pound and searched The Splendid Table website for recipes. Here is what I made:
