I see peace in this photo because I love the tradition of making Christmas cookies. Spritz cookies have always been a favorite — the taste and texture AND the quick production makes spritz a winner. My grandma was the only one who made these. The other side of my family and my own mother (grandma’s daughter) didn’t make these, so I like remembering her when I get out the cookie press.
