Today’s snippet: The only dog who needed a nightlight during a thunderstorm.
My take on the snippet: I had (I think) a set of three nursery rhyme nightlights as a child. This is one of them — Little Bo Peep — a white plastic box attached to an orange plastic truncated cone. I don’t think you could change the light bulb. There were probably sheep in the picture, too, I just can’t remember well enough. I probably have one or two of these packed away in my basement.
I really liked my nightlights as a child. They were a comfort. A little yellowish light in a very dark room. So to you, dog in today’s snippet, no negative judgment. I get you. Nightlights are cool with me.
