Cancellations accepted up to two weeks before the retreat. The first 12 deposits are refundable up to one week before the retreat if a. you find a replacement or, b. I find a replacement for you.

If you sign up after the 12th spot has been taken, your deposit will put you on the waiting list and is refundable should no spots open up.
